get_wms_inventory_by_item

Returns inventory detail for a given item number, optionally filtered by warehouse.
  • Type: Read-only
  • Example prompt: “How much of item SKU-4521 do we have in stock?”
  • Example prompt: “What’s our inventory for item 8842 at the Dallas warehouse?”

search_wms_picking_status

Returns picking status for warehouse orders. Search by transaction number, PO number, SO number, warehouse, or shipment.
  • Type: Read-only
  • Example prompt: “What’s the picking status on PO 90142?”
  • Example prompt: “Has SO-1042 been picked yet?”

search_wms_receipts

Returns receipt-level records from the warehouse. Search by transaction number, PO number, vendor, or warehouse.
