# ChatGPT

> Connect FreightPOP to ChatGPT using ChatGPT Connectors.

Set up the FreightPOP MCP Server as a connector in ChatGPT.

## Prerequisites

* A ChatGPT account on a plan that supports Connectors
* An active FreightPOP account
* MCP access enabled for your user (ask your FreightPOP admin to turn on **AI Accessibility** for you and your company)

## Setup

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open ChatGPT settings">
    In ChatGPT, open **Settings → Connectors**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add the FreightPOP connector">
    Click **Add connector** and paste the FreightPOP connector URL:

    https://tms-mcp.freightpop.com/mcp
    ```
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in to FreightPOP">
    ChatGPT opens a popup to the FreightPOP login page. Sign in with your normal credentials and approve the requested permissions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify">
    The FreightPOP connector appears in your ChatGPT connector list as **Connected**. Try a test prompt from [Getting Started](/getting-started).
